7/23/19:

We are crazy busy at this point as you can well imagine. We can’t wait to see everyone in just a few short weeks.

• Today is the hotel deadline for the room block.
• AaronBurrSir is working on the vid show. Remember to contact us if you have any vids to submit or if you know of someone whose vids you'd like to suggest.
• We’ll be starting the voting on the panels on July 29^th. If you are willing to moderate for any of the suggested panels that don’t currently have a moderator, please let me know. It's going to be a fast vote so please watch for notices.
• I'm meeting with the hotel this week to finalize plans.
• AaronBurrSir and I are pulling together Raffle Baskets and Silent Auction items. Remember to let us know if you want to submit a basket to the Raffle Basket Contest.
• I'm looking forward to seeing some great door decorations. One of the benefits of our hotel is that it allows us to put up door decorations.

And now for the not so fun news, we are smaller than expected for the third convention running. We had hoped that moving back to our August timing would fix the dip in attendance we had last year, but it didn’t. Whether it is the economy, a trend in fandom, who knows. I do know that we are not the only con that is having trouble. We will not be holding a convention in 2021. I will continue to keep up our presence on Social Media. I’m not going to give up on the Facebook Group or the Rabb.it Gatherings. Instead, I plan to keep those going and hope that in time, there will be interest in restarting an in person convention.
