Step 1: Open Server Manager.
Step 2: Click Tools then click Active Directory Users and Computers.
Step 3: Expand Domain..
Step 4: Right click on Domain Name, click New then click Organizational Unit and wait until a dialog box appear.
Step 5: Type the name of your Organizational Unit, uncheck the checkbox then click Ok.
Step 6: Right click again on Domain Name, click New then click Organizational Unit and wait until a dialog box appear.
Step 7: Type the name of the second Organizational Unit, uncheck the checkbox then click Ok.
Step 8: After creating 2 Organizational Unit, double click to open Users Folders, right click on
Administrator then click Copy…
Step 9: Fill out the First name, Initials, Last name and User login name. Note: For Practical purposes, use, letter „a‟ in all inputs.
Step 10: Type your password. Check Password Never Expires. Use at least 8 characters and combination of Capital Letters, Small Letters and Numbers. Ex. Admin123. Once done. Click Finish. Same process on other account.
Step 11: Fill out the First 5name, Initials, Last name and User login name. Note: For Practical purposes, use, letter „b‟ in all inputs.
Step 12: Type your password. Check Password Never Expires. Use at least 8 characters and combination of Capital Letters, Small Letters and Numbers. Ex. Admin123. Once done Click Finish. Same process on other account.
Step 13. Fill out First name, initials, last name and User login name. Note: For practical purposes, user letter in all inputs.
Step 14: Type your password. Check Password Never Expires. Use at least 8 characters and combination of Capital Letters, Small Letters and Numbers. Ex. Admin123. Once done Click Finish. Same process on other account.
Step 15: Fill out the First name, Initials, Last name and User login name. Note: For Practical purposes, use, letter „d‟ in all inputs.
Step 16: Type your password. Check Password Never Expires. Use at least 8 characters and combination of Capital Letters, Small Letters and Numbers. Ex. Admin123. Once done Click Finish. Same process on other account.
Step 17: Select user. Click “a.a.a” and “b.b.b” account then drag to Admin_Department.
Step 18: Select user. Click “c.c.c” and “d.d.d” account then drag to IT_Department.
