Music is one of the best ways to stimulate creativity and connecting people. However, not everyone can play a musical instrument. This workshop unleashes participants’ potentials through simple yet practical methods – voice and “chi” – combined with mindfulness practices, to activate their ability of self-healing, balancing and realigning their bodies and minds.
