Part II of Mindfulness & Visualisation brings visitors in motion! Through practising, observation and documentation, participants are allowed to acknowledge ones motion while gain deeper understanding to the body.
2 classes per month
Duration: 1.5 hours/ class
Minimum number of participants: 5 (* welcome bulk purchase/ commission private session)
Maximum number of participants: 10
Rundown
30 mins: Hatha yoga
1 hour: life drawing of a yoga instructor demonstrating set of yoga sequence
Through observation and drawing, participants can have better understanding of each poses

The workshops will be conducted in English.
10% discount will be offered to those who signed up for TWO or more talents' workshops (e.g. Amy Tong's Mindfulness & Visualisation PART I & II + SASUKE's Sportsmanship for Parents, Couples and Kids). Please be aware that Amy's and Michael's workshops are offering a holistic journey, hence learners have to sign up for PART I & II and all 6 sessions respectively for the complete experience.
About the artist
Amy Tong is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-YTT training at Anahatha Yoga - Yoga from heart in 2019 and has been teaching meditation and Hatha since.
