The Northern Philippines Business Research Conference's objective is to bring together top academic scientists, researchers, and research scholars to discuss and share their experiences and research findings on all facets of management. Additionally, it provides an interdisciplinary forum for policymakers, senior managers, academics, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and issues in the disciplines of management, as well as actual difficulties faced and solutions chosen. The conference's themes have included economics, finance and accounting, information technology and e-commerce, law and corporate ethics, organizational behavior and human resources, operations management and marketing, and strategy and entrepreneurship. It will enable scholars to display their ground-breaking work in a variety of management fields. Additionally, the conference will provide as a forum for scholars from the Ilocos Region and around the Philippines to present their work, exchange their experiences, and network with their peers.

The conference will provide a novel forum to the researchers and academicians to present papers in the areas of economics, finance & accounting, IT & E-commerce, law & business ethics, organizational behavior & HR, operations management, marketing, and strategy & entrepreneurship.
