Eric is currently the Vice President for the Research and Community Extension of the University and the Dean of the College of Business Education. He obtained his Master of Science in Management at the University of Asia and the Pacific and his Doctor of Business Administration at the University of Northern Philippines last 2010. Currently, he is taking up his second master's, Master of Management major in Data Analytics at the Philippines Christian University. He took his specialization course, Diploma in Operations Management online at Rutgers University.

He loves doing research and had produced, presented and published numerous researches at different conferences and journals, here and abroad. He is also a seasoned peer reviewer and member of the editorial board of various international and local journals. He is also a consultant of different businesses primarily doing feasibility studies and business plans. Currently, he is the Vice President for Luzon for the Philippine Association of Collegiate Schools in Business and the President for the Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business-Northern Luzon Chapter.

Marc is a graduate of Masters in Business Administration, an entrepreneur, HR consultant and college professor for 7 years at Northwestern University. Major subject taught - Business Management, Marketing and Operations subject. Co-author of two (2) business research that was internationally published in 2019 and 2020. A bonafide member of the Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business

Jocelyn is the Administrative Dean of the College of Business Education. She completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration in the year 2007 at Northwestern University. Currently, she is taking up a Doctor in Business Administration at the University of Northern Philippines, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. Prior to being the administrative dean, she was the head of the Business Administration department. Her dedication in teaching and handling students of College of the Business Education students as well as other colleges for the past 24 years has opened big doors of opportunity and thus made her grow in her career path including her numerous participation and membership in the different organizations inside and outside the school premise such as Philippine Association of Administrative Professionals and Educators in Office Administration Inc., Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business, Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities, Philippine Association of the Collegiate Schools of Business, Council of Marketing Educators to name a few.

Berlin is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting at Northern Christian College Laoag City and right after graduation, she became a faculty member of Northwestern University under the College of Business Education in 1989. She teaches finance subjects. A department head for quite sometime and the Community Extension Coordinator of the college. She’s been invited for several lectures and trainings of the Department of Agrarian Reform and tackles topics on cooperativism then became an accredited trainer of cooperatives. On top of this, she’s a member of the Philippine Association of Collegiate Schools of Business.

Angel is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Northwestern University. She is currently completing her Master in Business Administration at Northwestern University Vedasto J. Samonte School of Graduate Studies. She is currently the adviser of the College of Business Education Student Organization and The Czars Student Publication. Her field of specialization is Financial Management, Business Finance and Economics. She handles these subjects both in college and in the Senior High School. She supervises the Senior High School Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) strand and the Technical-Vocational strand in their business simulation.

Jayson is currently working at Northwestern University as an Asst. Professor 1, teaching marketing subjects and foreign languages (basic Chinese, Mandarin and Japanese Nihonggo), He also teaches in different University and colleges in Ilocos Norte. He obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Divine Word College of Laoag year 2001. He loves to acquaintance with business-minded people. He worked as a president of Aaron International Manpower Services Incorporated located at Roosevelt Quezon City.
