Rodante Ramos, CPA

Queenie Comandante, CPA

Rodante is currently a part-time instructor specializing in financial accounting, cost accounting, managerial accounting and financial management in Northwestern University. Before his retirement from active service, he was the officer-in-charge of the accountancy program and earned a number of citations from the University. He has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world as finance manager, chief accountant and financial controller in the two largest light beverage companies (Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola) in the Philippines and abroad, and another 20 years in academic instruction in Divine Word College of Laoag, Northern Christian College, Northwestern University and Mariano Marcos State University (as a reviewer/special lecturer). Excellence is in his DNA. He graduated cum laude from DWCL with a degree in Commerce - Accounting. In his relentless pursuit of excellence, he was a topnotcher (garnering the fifth highest rating) in the October 1978 CPA Board Examination. As an active CPA, he current chairs the Committee on Student Participation of the Ilocos Norte-Laoag City Chapter of the Philippine Institute of CPAs. He previously served as president of the chapter in fiscal year 2010-2011.

Queenie is a Certified Public Accountant who is currently employed as a Tax Specialist in a Telecommunications company. Also pursuing her Masters of Business Administration.
