Faculty Exchange Program

COBE faculty exchange programs provide participants the chance to teach or do research in an international university for one semester, one week, or one month. Faculty members gain from exposure to a culturally diverse and inclusive faculty composition, as well as the opportunity to exchange ideas and witness a range of methods. The faculty exchange program is one method to benefit from the diversity of professors. However, this procedure cannot be completed overnight. It develops gradually, including only one or two faculty members at a time. However, the requirement for a diverse range of ideas, civilizations, views, and styles is immediate.
