Grief is the natural, healthy response to any significant loss. But even though it is natural, the grief process can be isolating and confusing. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. You may feel all kinds of emotions. Grieving is a highly individual experience; there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. The grieving process take time. Healing from loss takes time and it happens gradually; it can't be forced or hurried and there is no "normal" timetable for grieving. Below are links and resources to help with the grieving process.
