Create

A great way to relieve stress is to have a creative outlet. Many people are able to express feelings and experiences that they’re unable to put in to words.

Other things you can do to foster creativity:

Journaling is a great and helpful way to explore and express your feelings, release some stress, and a way to let your creativity flow! You can write whatever it is on your mind. There are monthly journal prompts that are available as well!

Write a poem - about things you miss, things you are grateful for, your dog, your feet, whatever comes to mind!

Write a letter or draw and send it to your grandparents or a love one who is not in the house hold.

Create and design an empowering vision board.

Play games with your family (playing video games, juggling a soccer ball, make up your own board game!)

Create a new music playlist.
