Notes:
(From Carl) 02/8/91 is quite decent...Fred did more nice eq work with these, too...
(From 5H) The band is introduced as "The band had played other places in California, and is now playing here, and has former Mother Love Bone members, and is now called Mookie Blaylock." Ed talks about playing the Florentine Gardens: "Last night we played the Florentines, which is a cool place! The security people are really nice over there." "No shit, Eddie!" some guy in the crowd shouts. A very cool, short concert with lots of crowd interaction with the power and vibe of the band bursting out.

notes: Over the years, some 'Andymon' masters had been traded and may have been transferred, processed, and posted by others. This is the first time the masters are being shared.
This show is another "Andymon" master. He was kind enough to give some of his masters to be shared in this forum. If you have masters that you would like to share, but lack the tools, time, or know-how, please contact SMORES on DIME and I will be happy to discuss them with you. thanks.

notes (thanks to 5h):
Small, in-store promo for their first album, Ten, with PJ in a festive, friendly state. Before the set begins, Ed is thumbing through a magazine trying to pick out his first tattoo and later modifies some of the 'Alive' lyrics, a reference to selecting his tattoo on his arm, making the band laugh. ("'Son,' she said, 'why'd you pick that tattoo?'" and later, "'Is something wrong?' she said. Of course there is, yeah. 'You're unplugged,' she said. It's driving me crazy.") The guys strum a bit of Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and The Who's 'Behind Blue Eyes.' Ed looks around during 'Porch' for something to climb and, finding nothing, stands on Dave's kick drum. Excellent acoustic set .
The drums in this show are second to none, they are so fucking good sounding!
