Don't see your High School listed? Contact your College and Career Navigator to determine what other documents you can use to meet proficiencies and prerequisites.

Adlai E. Stevenson High School

Adlai E. Stevenson High School students should work with their Postsecondary Counselors, Ms. English and Mr. Miller, to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County by using Parchment. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Antioch Community High School

Antioch Community High School students should send their transcript to the College of Lake County using Naviance. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Carmel Catholic High School

Carmel Catholic High School students should contact their College and Career Navigator for more information on how to submit transcripts.

Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep

Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep students should work with their counselors to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Deerfield High School

Deerfield High School students should work with their Postsecondary Counselor, Ms. Magee, to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Grant Community High School

Grant Community High School students should follow these instructions to request their transcripts:

Before Requesting Transcripts

A. Student's profile is uploaded into SCOIR via your student email address

Student should receive that information via email; if not, then they should speak to their assigned counselor

B. Once student has received their log in information, it will prompt them to-

Create a new password (make sure that you write this down or put it in your Notes app on your phone!)
Finish completing profile

C. Once student has completed their profile, they should be able to start requesting their transcript to be sent to their list of preferred colleges

A. When you need to request a copy of your transcript-

B. Your designated counselor will approve the request and submit the documents to CLC on your behalf

Grayslake Central High School

Grayslake Central High School students should refer to this document to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Grayslake North High School

Grayslake North High School students should refer to this document to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Highland Park High School

Highland Park High School students should work with the College Resource Center Coordinator, Mr. Becker, to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. All graduating seniors will have their final official high school transcript submitted on their behalf by Mr. Becker around mid-June. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Lakes Community High School

Lakes Community High School students should contact their College and Career Navigator for more information on how to submit transcripts.

Lake Forest High School

Lake Forest High School students should work with their counselors to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Lake Zurich High School

Lake Zurich High School students should work with their counselors to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Libertyville High School

Libertyville High School students should work with their counselors or College and Career Navigator to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Mundelein High School

Current Mundelein High School students should send their transcript to the College of Lake County using Naviance. MHS Alumni should submit a Transcript Request Form for further assistance. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

New Tech High School @ Zion-Benton East

New Tech High School students should send their transcript to the College of Lake County using Parchment. For more instructions, please refer to this document. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

North Chicago Community High School

Current North Chicago Community High School students should contact their College and Career Navigator for more information on how to submit transcripts. NCCHS Alumni should contact Mr. Vaughn to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Round Lake High School

Round Lake High School students should contact their College and Career Navigator for more information on how to submit transcripts.

Vernon Hills High School

Vernon Hills High School students should fill out this Google Form. Upon completing the form, transcripts will be sent to the College of Lake County and our Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Warren Township High School

Warren Township High School students should send their transcript to the College of Lake County using Maia Learning. For more instructions, please refer to this document. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Wauconda High School

Wauconda High School students should send their transcript to the College of Lake County using Naviance. For more instructions, please refer to this document. WHS Alumni should contact Karen Anstedt at (847) 526-6611 ext. 1009 to get their transcripts sent to the College of Lake County. Upon receiving transcripts, CLC's Registration Services office will update the student's record within 48 hours.

Waukegan High School

Zion Benton Township High School
