Long Island Herald

In summer 2023, I interned at the Long Island Herald, part of Richner Communications, Inc., contributing to both the Baldwin and Rockville Centre Heralds.

As an intern, I covered various events, such as sports games and clinics. Over that summer, I wrote 15 articles spanning a broad spectrum of topics, with a particular focus on local sports and the lasting impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I also contributed to the Herald's COVID-19 update series, "Unwinding Covid," writing a few articles. These pieces, inspired by articles from the height of the pandemic, keep readers informed about changing post-pandemic restrictions.
