804研究團隊理念

804研究團隊,也稱喚醒團隊,由卯靜儒教授,專案研究助理與大碩博學生們組成。我們團隊不只入校進行研究,也運用學理轉化實作工作坊,希望能給教育現場、研究助理與學生,一種協作解決問題,彼此交換來自學術界與實務界不同禮物,以達雙向學習,雙贏效果。我們定期會議討論,依據課程理論落實的策略,社會權力運作的眉角,設計各類課程與行動方案,希望能帶給學校課程實踐與教育專業轉化的能動性,同時也促使研究生在理論學理研讀之餘,能看到實踐的力量與執行策略,讓所謂的力量能產生真正的改變。


團隊成員與卯靜儒教授進入實作現場,強調設計為本的研究策略,同時研究也設計能解決問題的實作工作坊。透過真實接觸教育現場,團隊成員將學術語言(如課程社會學,改革社會學,ANT觀點與課程原理等)轉化成教育現場老師們可理解的語言,引導看見未來的視野,設計可操作的工具/表格/流程,運用GRASPS(擬真情境的實作任務設計)、CTPS評量尺規,以及學習紀錄簿的使用。希望與教育現場協作過程教師對工作坊的回饋,強化團隊的本土課程教學實踐與觀察,回饋在地教育的需求,讓教育實踐性格長出在地實作能力與肌肉。

The 804-research team, also known as the Awakening Team, is led by Professor Chin-Ju Mao, composed of project research assistants, doctoral, master and undergraduate students. Our team not only conducts research but also organizes practical workshops by applying academic theories of curriculum and sociology. We hope to provide an opportunity for academia, practitioners, and educator-to-be students collaboratively solving problems about curriculum making and practice. Through this experience-practice exchange, participants from both the academic and practical fields can learn from each other and achieve a win-win outcome. We hold regular meetings to discuss and implement strategies based on curriculum theories and the dynamics of social power. We design various curricula and action plans with the aim of bringing a proactive approach to curriculum implementation in schools and transforming education professions. Simultaneously, we encourage graduate students to not only delve into theoretical studies but also recognize the power of practical application and execution strategies. This way, the power of theoretical concept can lead to real and meaningful change. The team members, along with Professor Mao, actively engage in educational fieldwork, emphasizing a design-oriented research strategy. We also design workshops aimed at problem-solving. Through direct contact with educational settings, the team members transform academic language (such as curriculum sociology, reform sociology, ANT theoretical concepts, and curriculum principles) into language that practitioners in educational settings can understand. Standing on theoretical platforms, we help practitioners not only to envision the future, but to design practical tools/forms/processes, and use techniques like GRASPS (a design for authentic tasks), CTPS assessment criteria, and techniques of designing journals for students etc.

 

Our goal is to collaborate with practitioners through the process and gather feedback from the field. This strengthens the team's local curriculum teaching practices and observations while understanding the needs of the local education community. Ultimately, this feedback helps nurture the ability and competence of the team in carrying out Taiwanese vision of educational practices.
