Advocate

Although role-based dancing is not a new concept, some events and communities still do not support role-based dancers. Ready to help change that? Check out a few ways you can make your voice heard:

• Promote Role-Based Progression: Advocate for role-based progression, i.e., the ability to progress through WSDC Jack and Jill competition levels by each role separately, instead of combining points for both roles.
• Flip Gender-Restricted Events: Advocate to choose your role in divisions that are gender-restricted at the discretion of individual event directors.
• Change NASDE's Rules: Advocate to choose your role in Classic and Showcase divisions.
