As one of first points of contact for a dancer who is deciding which role to learn, WCS communities can play a pivotal role in supporting role-based dancing. Check out some solutions from local communities below.

As a community organizer or local teacher, there are many ways to create a supportive community for all dancers:

• Encourage students to learn both roles.
• Encourage all dancers (particularly instructors) to dance which ever role they choose during social dances.
