Our Promise

We are committed to keeping all children safe and happy while they enjoy our club activities.

What We Do

1. Key volunteers and coaches have Enhanced DBS checks and are present at every session.

2. All volunteers, including parent helpers, follow basic safeguarding guidelines.

3. Volunteers understand how to keep children safe and act appropriately.

4. Any concerns about a child’s safety are taken seriously and reported to the club’s safeguarding officers.

5. We create a welcoming, respectful environment where children feel safe and supported.

Parents & Guardians

1. Parents are encouraged to share any concerns they may have and support our safety measures.

2. Parents of children under 11 must be present at the venue for the entire session.
