Our Aim

Our club welcomes all children who wish to take part in a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment. We want every member and family to feel valued and supported. 

Joining the Club

Children can join by completing the club’s registration form. This collects contact details, emergency information, and relevant medical information. Photographs and videos will also be taken during sessions and events for promotional use only on the club’s website, social media, and printed materials. 

Photo and video consent is mandatory. If you do not wish for your child to be included, we kindly ask that you do not register for the club. 

Attendance and Participation

Members are expected to attend sessions regularly and arrive on time. If a child cannot attend, parents should let the club know in advance. Consistent attendance helps children learn, build confidence, and enjoy being part of the team.

Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians play an important role in supporting their child’s involvement. For children under 11, a parent or guardian must remain at the venue throughout the session. Parents are also encouraged to volunteer and help create a positive club atmosphere.

Fees and Payments

Membership or session fees (if applicable) should be paid on time. Details of costs and payment methods are provided when joining. Refunds or credits are considered in special circumstances, such as injury or long-term absence.

Code of Conduct

All members, parents, and volunteers are expected to follow the club’s Code of Conduct, promoting respect, fairness, and enjoyment for everyone.

Data Use and Storage

Information collected through the registration form is stored securely and used only for club purposes, including communication, attendance tracking, safeguarding, and promotion. Personal information is accessible only to authorised volunteers and committee members and is deleted when no longer required.

Ending Membership

If a member wishes to leave, please inform the club so records can be updated. The club reserves the right to end membership if behaviour or conduct goes against club values or policies.
