The below document was a reflection from my first student teaching video. Reflecting helps you to develop your skills and review their effectiveness. It is much better than just carry on doing things as you have always done them. It is about questioning what you do and why you do it. Then you decide whether there is a better, or more efficient, way of doing it in the future. That especially goes with student teaching. I did not want to act like I knew everything. Doing that would not allow me to grow Into an effective educator.

One of my goals as an educator Is to Inspire students to be life long learners. A big part of that Is self-reflection. It Is is Important to see how far you have come. Below Is the second video reflection on my student teaching. Here, I was able to see my growth throughout my student teaching journey. Instill this growth midset Is a major goal for me as a teacher. We can always be better.
