Artifact 1
The artifact below Is from the Middle Ages lesson for the World History class that I student taught. I taught four different World History classes during my student teaching journey. Two of the classes had many students who had IEPS and 504 plans. These classes were co-taught. Communication between teachers In a co-taught class Is very Important. Assignments In classes with diverse student characteristics need to cater to different learning types.
This assignment allowed students to use their creative sides. This assignment was created with diverse students In mind. Students had to create a virtual poster to recruit people to join the fight In the Crusades. It Is Important to create lessons that are fun and engaging. These keep students Interested In the content. When they are Interested, they have a better chance of retaining the Information.
Artifact 2
The artifact below Is a review that was created to help students prepare for the post test that Is required In the school curriculum goals. At the end of the semester, students are expected to be able to write a thesis statement and an ACE paragraph from documents that they are provided.
