Legatuh is the lieutenant of the Wielders, and one of the few people who know Vincent's true identity. She is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Kern, which Vincent rarely takes an interest in, and acts in many ways as the Wielders' leader. She is ruthless and cunning, and does not hesitate to use every facet of her Diviner's ability for her and her Kern's benefit. She is committed to the Wielders and is forever disappointed by her daughter, Kira, for being a Mailbox and not being able to join her.
