Ms. Helper is the vice principal of Earl Grey and a Commander in Valliyv. Although she is certainly capable of taking control and guiding the Kern, she prefers to work at the more minor tasks that are required for a Kern to function, such as watching the cameras, organizing schedules, and ordering supplies.
