Etymology:Estrelialis is the second moon, and often used as Quilside's last name in modern writings (she had none at the time). Elsa is her descendant.
Elsa is an old member of the Wielders, who has not risen much through their ranks despite her age and experience. Her name comes from being distantly related to the first Keeper, Quilside.
