Dt.22Jul2025 leave letter for 23-25Jul2025 EoLs.; Dt.28Jul2025 joining report suffixing holidays 26-27Jul2025
Registrar KVRao lr. Dt.17Sep2025 #C1/11258/2022-25(Vol-V)
1.Dear KVR, do not rub your personal likes and dislikes to the institutional dimension by misleading the honorable V.C. for note file orders to cause estrangement of organizational, optimistic, positive relations.
2.Yours is asinine administration. That is why you failed to take up matter rightly w.r.t. the payment of my salaries dues for Dec22-Jul23, but have passed to inflate for the unnecessary, wasteful doc. dt.17Sep2025 w.r.t. my leaves on trivial grounds despite my clear mention that the leaves were as I was not well.
3.What prompted you to ask for reasons again though I mentioned in my leave letters the reason that I was not well. Are you not asinine that you seek to know the reason though it was already mentioned in my leave letter?
4.I served the university needs in my long service of 36 years in various capacities in various constituent units.
You are no better than a well frog. I see in your letter how you are croaking as the well frog in the univ. admn. Do not take things for an easy ride with senior Profs. of my stature. Do not play with the fire of my goodness with your corrupt hands in the univ. admn.
I advise you to better get out of the office chair of Registrar and serve for some years in 2 or 3 univ. constituent units in districts rather than wasting efforts of O/o.Registrar on trivial/wrongful pursuits.
Abbreviations: TRE=Teacher Researcher Employee
1.It is informed that reasons be submitted for the leave applications cited in the letter.
2.It is informed that the leave letters already mentioned that the leaves sought were as I was not well.
3.As I was not well, leave letter was submitted. If I were well, leave letter would not be submitted.
4.As I had not been well, I communicated leave first by whatsapp message to the HoD,Dr.G.Narasimha and submitted later the manuscript leave letter. So, the date discrepancy tended to bother you.
5.As I was of indisposition, my leave letters were for leaves for a very brief time only.
6.As you are Junior Professors, I advise that you do not raise or prolong further the simple issue of very brief period leaves inflatedly, bloatedly wasting the time and efforts of our offices of TREs such as me. Let us spare our precious time for R&D, ... ... and for better employee-employer engagement values and not for trivial pursuits of brief period leaves of illness.
7.This is for your information and n.a., pl., asap
You are plucking feathers on an egg shell in attempting to picturise issues like this for the simple matter of issuing leaves which are owing to ill health which cause is already mentioned in my leave letter!
You are an immoral, corrupt Junior Professor Registrar@JNTUH. G.Narasimha, the Principal is your companion immoral, corrupt Junior Professor. You both do not feel ashamed to raise issues for a Senior Professor of my stature. You want to prosper as riders of administration abusing even Senior Professors of my stature. How bad is the administration which wastes the time of Senior Professors of my stature who are to focus on development of R&D and pedagogy!
Given these circumstances, I do not deem it worthwhile to consider to value any advice of
the Junior Professor Registrar@JNTUH and the Junior Professor Principal@JNTUHUCES as the issues raised are on grounds of trivialities and concoctions and lack of ethics in your administration of vested interests.
Further, as an administrative researcher I will try to spare time seek information under the RTI Act2005 for better administrative settings in the JNTUH for better offices in the univ.
I know that a presumptuous, preposterous Junior Professor administrator of your kind is a hard nut to crack. I clearly see your requirement of a didactic touch from me, a Senior Professor, Sir.
As you have failed to sanction EoLs on trivial grounds of concoctions, I advise that the EoL application be treated as rather EL application. Let the problem created by the administrative attitude of raising unnecessary issues be solved. Do not prolong the matter further, please. 'Waste not, want not.' is an English adage. "Don't you know, Junior Professor, Sir, that you are a wastrel administrator?".
I already clearly mentioned in the leave letter that I was not well. What more do you want? What do you mean by proper reasons/justification? What are the proper reasons/justification for your improperly administrative behavior of harassment which causes embarrassment to the staff in general.
I share below a rough draft of my reply to the recent communication I got to my office from the Registrar@JNTUH.
Mr.Registrar Junior Professor Dr.Venkateswar Rao,
1.Your writings in the letter are of the quality of beating about the bush.
2.Provide to me the 2 applications attested copies as per your office record for my verification and clarification for better response.
3.You seem to be expecting bribes just as Principal is expecting bribes to be manipulative w.r.t. attendance, leaves, salaries ... ...I am of "India against Corruption" team.
4.Be clear that I will not give bribes. If you are interested in bribes, I advise(bear in mind that the Principal is a Junior Professor who pointed out that the Registrar, that is, you yourself, Dr.KV Rao, are younger and junior to him just as he himself is much younger and junior to me) that you/he better turn oneself to other staff members who yield to you in such regards.
5.My leave requirement was as I was not well, as I was ill. It is crystal clear in my leave letter. If it is not so, I will confirm the difference, if any, as soon as you povide to me the 2 applications attested copies as available in your office record.
6.If you fail to issue EoL proceedings to me, inform the same. Further, consider them as ELs.
7.Do not waste my time, attention and efforts on trivial/flimsy grounds of concoctions and fabrications of wrong misinformation by you/Principal Junior Professor Dr.Narsimha G.
8.I used to engage students even in unengaged classrooms though such classrooms and students were out of my scheduled teaching slots purview. That is the quality of my concern as a Senior Professor whenever possible.
9.If you want black cats, I will try to get them for you. Do not search for them in a dark room when they are not there.
10.You are a mere administrator. My research group served administrative research and publications led by my R&D guidance services for development, by software engineering, of national virtues in higher educational institutions in India. I am a hard-core protagonist of national and academic discipline and founded institutions for the same.
11.We are teaching fraternity in JNTUH and its CEH and the earlier IPGSR were my alma mater and I see the failing and falling administrative integrity and now you continue to fail to check the fall!
12.Just be just and adjust yourself first righteously.
13.In my view, both you and Principal G.Narasimha are unfit for your positions as you misguided to the Honorable VC for uplift of yourselves prejudiced to the veracity of my just stand for disbursal of my salaries dues for which Junior Professor G.Narasimha, the Principal submitted the bills in 2023. Debilitated by the misdeeds of yourselves, the honorable VC did not ensure the clearance of the salaries bills dues submission by administrative sanction procds. What if the matter is subjudice?Needless to say, you are one who poses that you are crippled to ensure the issue of the administrative sanction proceeding though you are not crippled. Because of administrative nescience/prejudice and lack of administrative integrity at your end, your administration failed to pay homage to truth and justice but expects vice versa.
14.Thus, my reply to your letter is over. However, for my own satisfaction to explore further, I will submit an RTI application.
Learn to seek clarification rather than giving advice.
Be preponderous, not preposterous.
I call a spade a spade. I am not disposed to be acquiesant. Learn to pay homage to the truth and service and not to be ... ...
The impression that the Principal-Registrar duo colluded to make concoctions for a scenario to strike at my stature in such a way that one makes another an adviser to me to add a profile value to him by making an attempt to subtract a profile value by reducing me ... ...
Dear KVRao,
Your letter in the ref. to me, the Senior Professor since 10 years and the seniomost faculty member in JNTU service is interesting. It is clear that you cannot continue long successfully as a Junior Professor Registrar.
You can be a better teacher in academics than an administrator for Senior Professors of my stature. You failed to honor the salary bills submitted by the Principal Dr.G.Narsimha, remaining like a frog in the well of your own administration spreading negligence or misinformation to evade the salary dues to me for 2022-2023 as per the salary bills submitted by Prof.Narsimha, in view of the court contempt cases which had the potential to send the wrongful administrators in JNTUH to jail.
You seem to be watching for hens laying eggs in poultryfarm rather than doing your Registrar office duties dutifully.
The letter is as if I am to serve as a teacher for the administrators in JNTUH such as you and as an administrator too otherwise more than as a teacher merely for the students.
Please spare attested copies of the documents you mentioned in your letter as per your office records for better response from me. Do you understand?
You are not a fully functional administrator. Prof.G.Narasimha is another such administrator who is unfit for me to be advised. Do you understand?

Sir,
Namaste. The storylines of the impetuously impulsive RKVR packed with administrative chicanery are interesting. I am to give my engineering solution to his domineering problem of appallingly bad, substandard, misleading administration directed to me. RKVR is abusing his position for personal aggrandisement to the disadvantage and dismay of colleague TREs such as me. He sets trends of bad administrative culture of abusive authority of the Registrar.
Ludicrously, the Junior Prof. Registrar has positioned the Junior Prof. Principal as the adviser to me.
The authority is advised to be honest rather than staying in pursuits of harassment of the colleague TREs such as me and not to resort to repetition of such abuse in future.
There are considerable innuendos to the dishonesty and corrupt administration and these administrative, wrongful procds. serve as a sample of the direct hints of impropriety for my exercise to retort.
Your administration is not considered honorable and elite, as you impulsively could not desist from this kind of meanness and follies in engagement and corruptness in communication with the TREs. Let there be no recurrence in future.
I advise you to correct yourself and issue the leave procds. without further administrative inaction and inefficacy. Such letters as ref.(5) present a grim picture of the trustworthiness of the Registrar's functioning in office.
I advise you to be of better quality engineering for solutions than wrongly domineering for problems.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
