Dear Sir,

Namaste. The Registrar and you allowed me to work in Sultanpur campus to avoid  the risks of the HHC notice of court contempt. Both of you failed to implement the 2 HHC orders twice.The failures  led to abuse of my service and salaries. The administrative failures twice to honor the HHC orders led to the court contempt notices. The illegal, maladministrative TCP of the Registrar was suspended by the HHC orders essentially as it disarrayed and disrupted my normal services as you did not allow me to work in Sultanpur campus after my joining report submission in Sultanpur campus on 4Jan2023 (1)despite the timely wellness of my joining report submission which was well within the bounds of the joining time and (2)despite it that the transfer order was effectuated administratively by JNTUH Registrar's procds. w.r.t. BoS@CVRCE and GRIET subsequent to my joining report submission. 

The HHC considered the illegality of the applicability of the  impugned TCP of the Registrar, JNTUH which abused my JNTUH service&salaries and suspended the TCP of the Registrar,JNTUH. Essentially, HHC order of suspension of the Registar's illegal order restored my service as per my joining report submission on 4Jan2023@Sultanpur campus in continuation to the relief procds. in Dec2022 in the earlier campus. Thus, HHC order of suspension of the  JNTUH Registrar's TCP effectuates the restoration of my service taking cognizance of my joining report dt.4Jan2023. The order of the HHC  is not just only to take me into service immediately but owing to the suspension of the illegal TCP issued by the Registrar thus effectuating my service continuity as per my joining report dt.4Jan2023.

By not allowing me to work, you did not honor the HHC order in ref(1) even as I reported to you immediately after the HHC order. The appeal of the Registrar challenging the single judge's order was found by the HHC as lacking pith and substance and was squarely summarily dismissed by the HHC division bench.  Again, I reported to you immediately as per the division bench order, but again, by not allowing me to work, you did not honor  the HHC order the second time.

In a nut shell, my patience and tolerance in service was abused administratively despite no fault of mine. A case of contempt of court became my Hobson's choice for securing my service&salaries.  As the HHC issued court contempt  notices for justice to me, you allowed me to work and I am glad to be for my normal services of teaching and R&D. 

Needless to say, I have incurred untold stress and agony owing to the disarraying of and disruption to my services as you did not allow me to work at Sultanpur campus during 4Jan2023-midJun2023 despite 2 HHC orders.  I got my salary dues for neither Jun2023 nor the earlier months since my relief from the former, earlier campus in Dec2022.  I request your goodselves for immediate positive, corrective action  to honor the HHC order in letter and spirit  essentially by initiating for and ensuring  the salaries dues payment to me since the date of my relief in Dec2022 in the former, earlier campus. Thus, let the administrative rectitude and fairness of administration prevail such that we can all serve together as progressive functionaries of academic and R&D pursuits and spirits of our esteemed JNTUH freed from the thraldom of the wrongs of legal expenditure/encumbrances to either side.
