23Nov2023
Dear pupils,
Namaste. Good day.
Of late, I came to know that some documents that tarnish my image are made by students owing to their ill following towards some vested interests. I condemn this wrongful situation@Sultanpur campus of JNTUH.
I would like to enlighten you as follows. I joined Sultanpur campus on 4Jan2023 on transfer from Manthani campus@JNTUH. The Registrar@JNTUH issued an illegally maladministrative proceeding document that cancelled his own earlier transfer proceeding issued to me for serving at Sultanpur campus. This was Tuglaq action because the Registrar issued illegal proceeding document of transfer cancellation undoing his own earlier proceeding of transfer. I had 8 days of joining time owing to transfer. I joined on the 7th day. On the wrong pretext that I did not join, he issued transfer cancellation doc. In a further Tuglaq sense, however, he showed me in some later docs. as of service@Sultanpur campus and yet expected me to serve at Manthani campus. Thus, the university authorities were whimsically illegally maladministrative and the Registrar@JNTUH and the Principal@Sultanpur campus did not allow me to serve in Sultanpur campus since Jan2023 till Jun2023.
I challenged the illegally maladministrative transfer cancellation proceeding in the Honorable High Court(HHC). The HHC suspended the illegally maladministrative transfer cancellation proceeding. So, it became a responsibility for the JNTUH authorities to allow me to serve at Sultanpur campus. But, they irresponsibly filed an appeal against the HHC order that protected justice to my service@Sultanpur campus. The HHC dismissed the appeal as it lacked any substance of legality. It became binding for the JNTUH authorities to execute the HHC order by letting me to continue my service@Sultanpur campus. However, the JNTUH authorities failed to follow and execute the HHC order despite my 10 representations for corrective action of letting me continue my service@Sultanpur campus. Owing to their court contempt which was due to dishonoring the HHC order, I filed court contempt case against Prof.Manzor Husain, the Registrar@JNTUH and Prof.G.Narasimha, the Principal@Sultanpur campus and the HHC served the court contempt notices to them. Owing to the impending risk of imprisonment/penalty that was upon them, the duo rose to immediate action for communication to me for continuation of my service@Sultanpur campus immediately. Consequently, I resumed service@Sultanpur campus on 17Jun2023. Subsequently, I became a teacher for the Software Project and Process Management(SPPM) subject and the Software Engineering subject.
To absolve himself of the court contempt issue, the Principal@Sultanpur campus submitted my salaries bills for disbursement of salaries dues to me for Dec2022-Jun2023 as I was relieved of service@Manthani campus. But, the Registrar and his associate authorities negligently caused inordinate delay for administrative sanction for salaries disbursement to cover up their disgracefully irresponsible and illegally maladministrative proceedings and their reckless malfeasance. Abusive of the Constitution of India and the laws of the land, the maladministrative authorities tend to be gaining ground and thrive.
In protest against the maladministration, I informed the maladministrative authorities that it was upon me to follow Satyagraha practices for remedial action of salaries dues disbursement to me. I delayed the mid 1 question paper subject for the SPPM subject as part of my Satyagraha deeksha against the maladministration. This laid stresses and strains to the maladministrators in the JNTUH H.Q. Maladministrators tended to incite the students for complaints against the teacher. In the backdrop of this situation, some forces in JNTUH are trying to exert their influence wrongly on the pupils@JNTUH to tarnish my academic image and academic excellence. A wrong campaign trending is on by vested interests. Thus is necessitated this cyberpolicing exercise on my part for Guidance&Counselling to my dear students and for reformative academics by enlightening the maladmnistrators that maladministrators are checked by cyberpolicing exercises of guidance&counselling.
The Constitution of India subject is studied by the B.Tech. pupils of JNTUH whereas, unfortunately, the maladministrators@JNTUH abuse the Consitution of India, the rules and regulations, the laws of the land to as much extent as possible until and unless risks of impending punishments and imprisonment tend to prevail. The academics is so badly abused by some malfeasant administrators@JNTUH. Consequently, the university is reduced to a cesspool of maladministration of illegal exercises of authority abuse and infamy and ignominy.
Because I, having held Flying Officer rank in the IAF, bring to better limelight and spotlight the wings of maladministration and fire at such wings, the flames of of maladministration sorts and torts are unto me.
In view of the above, I alert our pupils@Sultanpur campus@JNTUH to be wary of any negative influences in our institutions and not to fall prey to such evil influences. This is my ADVICE: Dear pupils, Be truthful. Be honest. Be diligent. Be righteous in thought word and action. May the choicest blessings of the Omniscient, Omnipresent, Omnipotent be ever upon you for successful, holistic development of your career, personality and our esteemed institution.
I advise the students to not fall prey to the designs of the evil forces within and without that tend to pervade in JNTUH academics. Do not be influenced by such negative forces that tend to damage my reputation and tarnish my academic image and tend to cause deleterious effects of/by the maladministrative academics and maladministrative legacy. Here is my cyberpolicing exercise against the evils/deleterious effects of reprehensible maladministration and maladministrative legacy and maladministrative crafy/grafty abuse of funds@JNTUH.
I request you all to pray/serve for the defusion of the maladministration@JNTUH due to some malfeasant authorities lest the university should turn into a cesspool of maladministration craft and graft resulting in worse quality academics.
I, as a teacher-researcher-employee(TRE), can only serve as a torch bearer for a knowledge society that tends to transform maladministered academics as well-administered academics in the light of the right information held by the emergent young pupils who are the leaders of transformation for the future India. My endeavor here is to give right information to our pupils@Sultanpur campus@JNTUH.

Cyberpolicing the evils/deleterious effects of
reprehensible maladministration and maladministrative legacy and maladministrative crafty/grafty abuse of funds due to PMH@JNTUH and associate authorities
This is to cyberpolice for a while the wiles and guiles of the erring administrators@JNTUH
Abbreviation: PMH= Prof.Manzor Husain , an instance of maladministration
The maladministrator is
blinded by the tendency to abuse the administrative authority, abuse the services of the regular faculty, TREs(Teacher-Researcher-Employees) and academics.
Further, such maladministrator covers up the deleterious effects of the maladministrative legacy so as to continue to abuse the services of the regular faculty, TREs(Teacher-Researcher-Employees) and academics.
to abuse the building space and, thus, the building funds released by the UGC/AICTE/MHRD, ... ... and other resources in the university.
to abuse the university funds for legal cases against the righteous fellow TREs in such a way that a TRE has to expend from one's own pocket one's hard earned money for justice whereas the maladministrator uses the university funds for the abusive engagement of legal services.
to badly affect the university academics by maladministration and maladministrative legacy, in the sequel.
to not execute the Honorable High Court(HHC) orders unless and until they are worried that they will have to undergo imprisonment/penalty consequent upon a court contempt case notice and the impending procds. that comes upon them.
to manipulate their administrative capacity to make wrong reports against the righteous TREs.
for maladministration where the students and teachers who share the study of Constitution of India as a subject in engineering academics point out the illegal functioning of the administration and yet the maladministrators continue to abuse the university offices and the academics.
An instance of maladministrator@JNTUH is PMH who maladministratively abuses his Registrar position. PMH reduced JNTUH to a cesspool of maladministration, maladministrative legacy and maladministrative academics.
PMH maladministratively abused his Registrar position thus:
He issued illegal transfer cancellation orders to abuse the TREs such as Prof.K.Chandra Sekharaiah, disobeyed the orders of the HHC and appealed by an unappealable case against the TRE. So, the HHC dismissed his appeal by letting his withdrawal of the uappealable case.
Only to save himself of the ensuing imprisonment owing to the impending court contempt case procds, he let the service of the TRE be restored in Jun2023.
He declined to disburse the salaries dues to the TRE for Dec2022-Jun2023. He failed to disburse so far. He is only dillydallying and is whiling away the time for his maladministration to retire in Jan2024 scot-free. He does not disburse as it will highlight his recklessly illegal procds. of his maladministration to abuse the service of the TRE colleague. This irresponsible recklessness keeps him on the pinnacle of his misleading maladministration. He abusively took ownership of the illegal transfer cancellation orders and pursued the legal case against the TRE but did not take ownership of the responsibility for corrective introspection and to correctively disburse the salaries dues to the TRE. By his continuing maladministrative stance, PMH caused maladministrative legacy and deleterious effects thereof in JNTUH academics.
Because PMH maladministratively abused his Registrar position, because he did not responsibly pay the salaries dues for Dec2022-Jun2023 to the TRE, he is unfit to continue in office as the Registrar@JNTUH. A Registrar has to have a sense of scruples and responsibility consciousness. A Registrar should own responsibility for his functions and actions and should selfexaminingly correct his maladminstrative stance realizingly. As he is, first of all, a teacher, he should have a sense of regard for the fellow TREs, a sense of administrative integrity, a sense to not abuse the honestly rendered services of the TREs but to rather honor the integrity in the fellow TREs.
Q.How is it a flagrantly reprehensible maladministration?
Ans. By illegal orders, the maladministration prevented the TRE Senior Professor from doing his duties in academics. To abusively prevent a TRE from doing his duty and to not give the administrative sanction for the disbursement of salaries for the period of such abuse is flagrant maladministration.
Q.Cyberhygiene or administrative hygiene?
Ans. The cyberpolicing is an endeavor for administrative hygiene in the sense that the maladministrative negligence/abuse is checked to prevent the deleterious effects of maladministration and maladministrative legacy in academics/on academicians because the deleterious effects of maladministration and maladministrative legacy affect badly the performance of the academic stakeholders and academics in turn.
To disarray the service of a TRE maladministratively abusively by illegal, arbitrary exercise of authority and to not own the responsibility to disburse the salaries dues for Dec2022-Jun2023 is a flagrant maladministration perpetrated against the TRE academicians.
This is a cyberpolicing endeavor by knowledge sharing and caring about and against the maladministrative practices, and to check them that percolated into the JNTUH organization. The idea is to ensure nonrecurring cases of maladministration that victimizes the other TREs. This is an attempt of cyberpolicing for administrative hygiene@JNTUH such that the evils of maladministrtation do not devour the university academics.
Q. Why should PMH disburse the Dec2022-Jun2023 salaries immediately to the TRE?
Ans. To absolve himself of the 'academic crime' of disarraying the academic services of the TRE during the period by illegal, arbitrary procds. of transfer cancellation order.
To put a full stop to the deleterious effects of the evil, saturnine maladministration and the maladministrative legacy that are due to his illegal, arbitrary procds. of transfer cancellation order.
Q. Why does PMH not disburse the Dec2022-Jun2023 salaries immediately to the TRE?
And. By disbursing the salaries duly, his maladministrative abuse of the righteous TRE academicians and thus, the academics, will be highlighted and will be brought to more and more focus of limelight and spotlight causing notoriety to him. So, he dodgingly evades to do his duty by whimsical, arbitrary functioning in office rather than being 'scrupulous, ethical, legal and not arbitrary'. This webpage is devised to check his evil maladministration and arouse him to positive action of disbursing the salaries dues to the TRE for Dec2022-Jun2023.
To shy away his responsibility till he retires shortly so that he can enjoy the administrative authority scot-free without taking ownership of the responsibility of his maladministrative abuse of academics by preventing the TRE Senior Professor from his regular service attendance.

3. Disruptive Maladministration and maladministrative legacy@JNTUH
PMH:Prof.Manzor Hussain,Registrar@JNTUH;PKNR:Prof.Katta Narasimha Reddy, V.C.@JNTUH;Duo:PMH and PKNR
The Registrar, PMH, is of disruptively maladministrative functioning. He abuses the funds of JNTUH. By making the V.C. partner with him for illegal pursuits of maladministration, he constitutes a disruptively vicious cycle of maladministration@JNTUH.
The confidence of the university stakeholders is waning because of university funds abuse by PMH and PKNR. The duo have to be of well-performing administration rather than of vindictive maladministration towards those who dissuade and differ with them for well-performing administration.
He disrupted the service of TRE(Teacher-Researcher-Employees)s (for e.g., myself) by maladministtrative procds. of illegal transfer cancellation orders.
