I have the honor to submit that I was transferred from Manthani campus@JNTUH to Sultanpur campus@JNTUH in Dec2022. Accordingly, I was relieved in Manthani campus(28Dec2022) and joined in Sultanpur campus(4Jan2023) complying with the joining time provisions/rules. But, the Registrar@JNTUH violated the Telangana Fundamental  Rules & Subsidiary rules applicable for joining time provisions for me and cancelled the transfer order. I was not allowed to office in the new posting place viz.Sultanpur campus@JNTUH.  As I resorted to High Court remedies, the Honorable High Court(HHC) suspended the transfer cancellation order of the Registrar@JNTUH. But,  JNTUH authorities did not allow me to office at Sultanpur campus and appealed to the HHC. The HHC squarely dismissed the appeal. It was incumbent on JNTUH to allow me to perform my duties. Again, JNTUH authorities did not allow me to office. I filed contempt case in HHC. Then, the JNTUH authorities got alert owing to the court contempt case and allowed me to office in mid Jun2023. Effectively, in Dec2022-Jun2023, my service in JNTUH was disarrayed, abused and maladministered by the illegal transfer cancellation proceeding of the JNTUH authorities and the reluctance to implement the HHC order. So, it is incumbent on the JNTUH authorities to disburse my salaries dues for  Dec2022-Jun2023. But, I got salaries from Jul2023 only.

Towards corrective action,  for my salaries dues for  Dec2022-Jun2023, pay bills were  submitted by the office@Sultanpur campus to JNTUH Registrar. But, the JNTUH Registrar did not issue the administrative sanction so far for these salaries dues disbursement.

The Registrar@JNTUH maladministered and abused my service and got salaries for Dec2022-Jun2023 for himself. But, he did not disburse salaries for myself. One year has passed by. The new year is approaching. The maladministration of  inordinate delay should be immediately dispensed with and my salaries dues should be disbursed immediately. 

I have made umpteen representations to the relevant authorities. Owing to the annoyance caused by the abusive maladministration of the Registrar@JNTUH, I resorted to Gandhian method of Satyagraha and my health is badly affected.

I lay my hope on you. Kindly take necessary action for immediate disbursement of my salaries dues for Dec2022-Jun2023  for which action of your goodness and graciousness I shall ever be grateful to you, Sir.
