The respondents did not comply with the court orders in toto. They did not comply with the court orders in the following regards.
1.Even though I joined on 17Jun2023 as per the permission proceedings of the Registrar@JNTUH, I was not paid salary for 17Jun2023. The Registrar@JNTUH failed to comply with the court order in spirit. I was paid salaries only for the months Jul2023 onwards.
2.Adding fuel to the fire of noncompliance, the Registrar@JNTUH did not pay my salary dues for Dec2022-Jun2023.
3.Thus, the Registrar@JNTUH misled the court with the impressions of compliance, though not of compliance. But, the compliance was only w.r.t. permitting me to join. The noncompliance of the Registrar@JNTUH is crystal clear as he did not pay the salary duesfor Jun2023 and for the earlier period since date of relief in the earlier posting vis.@Manthani campus of JNTUH.
4.In view of the above, I am put to injustice by the courtorder-noncompliant Registrar@JNTUH.
