The octogenarian white-skinned was owner of my former residence@KPHBColony. 

The one wearing spectacles is the builder-contractor.

The youngest one is the Purohit. The one who is deep inside in the photo is the Mestri.

శంకుచెక్క appears like wooden rocket behind the laminated photo of the deities for worship=పూజ=ఆరాధన. Have you found/noticed?

శంకుచెక్క@is part of the ఉపాసన=పూజ paraphernalia=పూజసామాగ్రి. Therefore, pooja to it is part of ఉపాసన (=పూజ=worship)  before శంకుస్థాపన. In English,  శంకుస్థాపన means foundation-laying fn.

శంకుచెక్క👆 appears like rocket to the LHS of the photo. In it are kept  నవరత్నాలు@పంచలోహాలు.

I poured Hg.=పాదరసం, mercury on the శంకుచెక్క after it was inserted in the midst of the bricks and the cement mall at the bottom of the pit.

శంకుచెక్క@the center of surrounding 5 bricks and cement mall in the pit/ditch. Therefore, pooja to it is called శంకుస్థాపన. In English, foundation-laying fn.

Earlier శంకుస్థాపన in mid 2018 was in Miyapur in the great presence and with the blessings of lively, lovely father.

In the picture below, cement mall is poured on the 5  bricks that were arranged such that the SankhuChekka is in the midst of them.
