IMPORTANT NOTE: The conference will be held in Druskininkai, not in Vilnius. Do not be confused by the name of the conference hotel (SPA VILNIUS), which operates in several Lithuanian towns.
Druskininkai is a touristic town, therefore there are many accommodation options for every budget. Make sure to book your accommodation well in advance, as summer is the peak tourist season in Druskininkai. Short descriptions of highly recommended accommodation options are available here, and various booking pages will list many more.
The guests are most welcome to treat themselves with a relaxing stay at a minimum distance from the session halls, that is, in the 4-star hotel SPA VILNIUS Druskininkai (within the conference venue complex). Accommodation here is child-friendly and by default includes a superb breakfast, access to the pool and sauna complex, movement therapy, exercise equipment, and parking. The hotel offers dynamic prices and deals, so seek out one here.
Meanwhile, for outdoors enthusiasts, it is also possible to camp at the 4-star Druskininkai campsite, a 10-minute walk from the conference venue and the BBQ evening location. Here you can stay either in your own tent or camper, or rent an in-place camper, and pets are allowed. There is also a café-restaurant with an Armenian chef in place for your convenience. Visit here for more details and prices.
