Student registration waiver, special sessions and workshops calls

Please be advised that the student award competition is open. We can waive the registration fee for up to four students (see the Registration page for more information). If you are interested, please send your CV, short motivation letter (one page maximum), and presentation abstract to cesamirV.2026@gmail.com until 28 February 2026.

We are also announcing the call for Special Sessions and Workshops. We have space for two half-day workshops to run in parallel in the conference halls after the conference (Friday afternoon). Please email your ideas to cesamirV.2026@gmail.com until 31 March 2026.

Please be advised that the guidelines for presenters are now available on the website. You can find them in the tab: Guidelines for presenters.

Please familiarise yourself with the guidelines for oral and poster presentations well in advance of the conference.
