Abstract guidelines
1) Language: Abstracts must be written in English. Non-native speakers are encouraged to have their texts proofread before submission.
2) Format:
Plain text only (no formatting, figures, tables, or special characters).
Maximum title length: 250 characters (including spaces).
Maximum abstract length: 2000 characters (including spaces), excluding title, authors, affiliations and acknowledgements.
3) Submission:
Fill in all requested fields carefully (names, affiliations, e-mails, etc.).
These details will not be proofread by the Scientific Committee.
4) Review & Notification:
Corresponding authors will receive an e-mail notification of acceptance, rejection, or presentation type change before the registration deadline.
Each author may submit more than one abstract.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to modify the presentation type (e.g., oral → poster).
5) Registration:
Abstract acceptance is conditional upon completed registration of the presenting author and payment in full.
6) Authorship:
The submitting author must ensure all co-authors approve the content before submission.
7) Publication:
Accepted abstracts will appear in the Book of Abstracts, available on the conference website prior to the conference.
