Guidelines for presenters
The official language of the conference is English.
There will be two types of presentations at the conference: oral and poster presentations.
Oral talks will be scheduled for 15-minute slots, including a presentation (10–12 minutes) and discussion (3–5 minutes). The time limit will be ensured by session chairs.
Speakers should provide their presentation on a USB/external drive on site as soon as possible, but not later than the morning (morning sessions) or during lunch break (afternoon sessions) of the day of the presentation. Files will be deleted after the conference.
Files should be named “Session_Last name” (e.g., 1-1_Smith).
Format should be PowerPoint or PDF. After uploading the presentation, please check it to make sure that it works properly.
Recommended poster size is A0.
Each poster will be assigned a unique number and should be mounted no later than one hour before the Poster Session on Tuesday afternoon.
Posters will be exhibited for the duration of the conference, and at a minimum until the poster session is officially over.
NOTE: There is no possibility to print posters in wide format in Druskininkai.
We encourage you to put the conference logo on your presentation/poster.
