Registration fees

The fees in the table already include VAT, where applicable. The fees in the table do not include the optional conference T-shirt, which is selected during registration and costs an additional 10€.

Please register independently for the ACCOMPANYING GUEST package. When selecting the 1-DAY packages in the registration form, you must also choose the day you will attend the conference.

Student registration

The STUDENT rates apply to Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD students. To confirm eligibility, after completing the registration form, a student ID or a verifiable confirmation letter from the study institution or scientific supervisor must be sent to cesamirV.2026@gmail.com.

As a courtesy of the Lithuanian Entomological Society, one Lithuanian student will have the registration fee waived. This applies only to Lithuanian citizens whose presentations are centred on or related to insect or mollusc biodiversity and/or taxonomy.

Thanks to our sponsor Nanodiagnostika, we will also be able to waive three additional registration fees for any student participants.

If you are interested in the STUDENT waiver, please email a short motivational letter (max. 1 page), your CV, and your abstract to cesamirV.2026@gmail.com until 28 February 2026.

Payment information

If you need a pro forma invoice, please indicate this on the registration form, and we will email it to you upon registration confirmation. Payments must be made within 30 days of receipt of the registration confirmation email. If the fee is paid after that date, the organisers reserve the right to increase it by 20%. Final invoices will be provided to all participants upon arrival.

Please add full participant’s name + CESAMIR2026 in the comment section when making the transfer. If you are paying for more than one person in a single transfer, please use the institution's name in place of the participant's name, and immediately list the related participant names in an email to cesamirV.2026@gmail.com.

Please inform the organisers via email cesamirV.2026@gmail.com if you need to cancel your registration or replace the participant. Free cancellation is only possible before payment, refunding will not be possible afterwards. Replacing participants will remain free of charge until the event.

Liability and insurance

The event organisers cannot accept liability for any personal accidents, loss or damage to the possessions of participants or accompanying persons that may occur during the event. We advise participants to arrange their own health, travel, and property insurance before attending the event.
