Please join us come join us on the CCE blacktop for this year's Día de Los Muertos — or Day of the Dead — cultural and educational celebration on November 2ndIt will be a time to gather as a community in a joyful celebration of history and culture.  Everyone in the CCE community is invited, and there is no participation fee. 

We will be hosting a variety of traditional arts and crafts activities, food and drink, and a community ofrenda in honor of our deceased loved ones. 

Bring your own picnic dinner or purchase one at the food trucks from 4:00-7:00pm. Hang out and see our educational displays or watch Disney's Coco playing in the MPR from 5:30-7:00 pm.

Entertainment Schedule  

3:00-3:20pm - Nuevo Amanecer (Baile Folklorico)
3:45-4:15pm - Mariachi Herencia
5:00-5:20pm - Chinelos (Regional Dance from the state of Morelos in Mexico that mocks European aristocracy and colonial experience)
