Funding Requests

Thank you for your interest in allocating SIPAT funds to support and enhance student experiences and learning at César Chávez Elementary School. 

Please complete and submit this funding request form by the last Friday of the month. 

The SIPAT executive board and general association will then review your request at the following month's meeting and reach out to you after that.
