This project focused on designing a connected learning community for educators using Microsoft Teams as the primary platform for collaboration, professional growth, and knowledge sharing. The initiative, titled Tech-Enhanced Teaching Across the Grades, aimed to build a sustainable network of teachers at Georgia School Ningbo and other international schools in China.

This project involved the creation of a narrated instructional video expanding on the concepts developed in Project 3, which focused on designing a connected learning community for educators. The video presented the framework, tools, and strategies for establishing and sustaining a professional learning network through Microsoft Teams. Using visuals, narration, and storytelling techniques, the project demonstrated how social media and collaborative digital platforms can strengthen teacher engagement, foster reflective practice, and promote continuous professional growth.
