A Clan of brazen adrenaline junkies and hot-headed interpretive dancers, PrairieClan is living proof that bravery and stubbornness is the key to survival in the harsh world of the Cauldron. This is a Clan of cats who believe there is no challenge they cannot overcome, hellbent on making what’s perceived as impossible their reality.
While often reckless and brash, PrairieClan are best at thinking when it’s on their paws, running straight into danger to show it who’s boss. Cowardice is an unforgivable trait to those of PrairieClan, who look their fear in the face and proceed to introduce it to their claws while boasting all the while. Self-improvement and perseverance is integral to their culture, breeding both self-assurance and arrogance. As if life in the Cauldron wasn’t already challenging enough, PrairieClan finds competition not only with the other Clans, but amongst themselves. While races are what they are most known for, PrairieClan does not stop there- battles of both dance and straight-up combat, taking down eagles, cliff-climbing, and more are on the table. Everything is a challenge to these competitive felines. Always prepared to face challenges and obstacles head-on, this fiery Clan’s greatest weakness and greatest strength are one in the same.
They are an excitable bunch, easily whipped up into a frenzy and practically destructive when bored and understimulated. For all of PrairieClan’s chaos, however, one could not claim they are senseless or cruel. Of the four Clans, PrairieClan has the strongest sense of morality. They have a Code of Honor that they follow strictly alongside their personal and the Cauldron Clan Codes. Rules are important to PrairieClan, of whom abhor cheating and injustice. To be dishonorable or seen as such is devastating to any PrairieClanner. Though PrairieClan is seen as a collection of rather rude and assertive individuals, the truth is that their chivalry simply doesn’t extend to conventional social niceties.
