The mysterious cats who smell of earth that seem to know anything and everything- at least, so long as it happened many many moons ago, and not recently. CavernClan are the historians of the Cauldron, keeping a careful history of what has come to pass in their Caves of Record-Keeping. Using pigments made from crushed herbs, crystals, and other materials, CavernClan records history through paintings upon the stony walls and oral tradition.
Accuracy is very important to CavernClan, who abhor lying and exaggeration. Things must be precise, done in a certain way. Rules and traditions are to be followed, and to step outside that is to cause chaos. While a far cry from being goody-two-shoes, CavernClan values structure and organization. They value knowledge and the gathering of it, incredibly honest cats with blunt mannerisms. CavernClanners say whatever is on their mind, though it is only to their own clan-mates that they freely share information with. As much as they try to get it from others, they are loath to give any in return. Knowledge is a precious resource to them, just as the plentiful crystals of their tunnels are. This often has them met with rudeness and rebuked, but such things do not matter to these stoic felines. Sarcasm has little meaning to them, but they are not without mirth, though cats of other Clans may not find their factual and situational humor as amusing as they do.
