Catwalk Theatre Guild

Our Mission:

Supporting the endeavors of the Pomona High School theatre community through time, gifts, and energies.

The Catwalk Theatre Guild consists of dedicated parents who gather monthly and create opportunities for parents and the community to support the Catwalk Theatre Company and its students through fundraising ventures, community events, and production participation. It is a spectacular group that helps to make students' dreams come true!

Seeking opportunities to get involved?

Catwalk Theatre Company always appreciates parents and family members who would like to help in any way they can; at productions, tech days, events, and more!

Upcoming Meetings

Guild meetings are typically held every 3rd Wednesday of the month.

To Every Parent and Theatre Supporter:

As a member of the Catwalk Theatre Guild, each of you has the opportunity to be an artist. It doesn't matter if outside of the Guild you are not an artist in the strictest definition, you are an artist here. Whether you help build sets on parent tech day, work the concessions table, take pictures, offer new ideas for the way things have "always been done"—the list goes on, and you do it with the intent of enhancing the theatre experience, encouraging and advocating for all of our students, then you are an artist in the most meaningful sense of the word.

Our students are artists--they perform onstage, behind the curtain, at the sound booth, in the light booth...they are artists. We have an opportunity to be a part of what they are doing and support the directors and teachers as they endeavor to guide our children in more than just performing, but also about being a team, taking responsibility, setting priorities, being true to themselves, and trying new things.

So, whether your appreciation for theatre comes from your child's enthusiasm, or it has always been a part of your life, you choose to be an artist and it's time to venture into your artistry.

Thank you!
