SNCO Support to the PPBE Process

How does appropriation fit into the PPBE system we just discussed?
Why is it important for you as a SNCO to understand the PPBE system and how and when to use appropriated funds?
What are the implications if we, as SNCOs, neglect our responsibilities to manage these processes and systems?
