Starts dates may be flexible depending on the position.

Additional compensation is available for return staff and for new staff with equivalent experience.

Traditionally all staff are residential, but certain positions may be available for commuter staff.

When specialists aren't scheduled in their program area, they act as unit counselors.

For interested applicants will not be 18 this summer, but will be at least 16 years old, we have a Junior Counselor program. The Junior Counselor application will be shared in November/December once it's ready.

Leadership

Assistant Camp Director- Supervises the unit side of camp, directly supervises Unit Manager, Youth Leadership Manager, and Unit Leaders. Supports the units with camper behavior management, communicates with parents to help campers have success. Fills in for the Camp Director as needed. Some pre-season work may be available. Starts May 21. Salary starts at $685 a week. Position Filled.

Program

Program Director- Supervises the Program Specialists, Target Sport Specialist, and Arts & Crafts Manager. Plans and leads theme meals/days, camp wide games, and camp fires. Plays a large role in creating group schedules. Starts May 22. Salary starts at $555 a week. Position Filled.
Program Specialist- Assists in planning and leading theme meals/days, camp wide games, campfires, and nature/STEM activities. Facilitates archery, slingshots, tomahawks, and knives as needed. Starts May 28. Salary starts at $425 a week.
Target Sport Specialist- Facilitates archery, slingshots, tomahawks, and knives. Maintains and repairs equipment. Starts May 28. Salary starts at $425 a week. Positions Filled.
Arts & Crafts Manager- Supervises the arts & crafts program. Plans and leads craft sessions. Supervises the arts & crafts specialists. Starts May 22. Salary starts at $525a week. Position Filled.
Arts & Crafts Specialist- Plans and leads craft sessions. Starts May 28. Salary starts at $425 a week.

Adventure

Adventure Director- Supervises and schedules adventure specialists. Facilitates teambuilding, low ropes, climbing tower, natural rock climbing, and caving. Also supervises Tripping Manager. Starts May 21. Salary starts at $555 a week. Position Filled.
Adventure Specialist- Facilitates teambuilding, low ropes, climbing tower, natural rock climbing, and caving. Starts May 26. Salary starts at $425 a week.
Tripping Manager- Leads backpacking trips and manages tripping/driver schedule. Supervises tripping specialists. Starts May 22. Salary starts at $500 a week.
Tripping Specialist- Leads or assists with backpacking trips. Assist groups with preparing for backpacking or car camping. May be cross trained in adventure, lifeguard, or target sports. Starts May 28. Salary starts at $425 a week.

Aquatics

Aquatic Manager- Supervises aquatic specialists. Maintains the pool, certified pool operator training provided. Lifeguard training provided. Lifeguards at the pool and river, leads canoeing trips. Starts May 21. Salary starts at $525 a week. Position Filled.
Aquatic Specialist- Lifeguards at the pool and river, leads canoeing trips. Training is provided. Starts May 26. Salary starts at $425 a week.
Canoe Specialist- Leads canoeing trips, may also have the opportunity to lead kayaking. Training is provided. Starts May 28 (or earlier if also doing lifeguard training). Salary starts at $425 a week.

Unit

Unit Leaders- Leads a group of unit counselors and campers. Acts as point of contact between leadership team and counselor. Responsible for finalizing group schedule and daily paperwork. Starts June 2. Salary starts at $425 a week.
Unit Counselors- The core of our camp team. Work with a specific group of campers. Responsible for making sure they are staying safe, having fun, and prepared for day to day camp activities. Participates in various activities alongside campers. Starts June 4. Salary starts at $370 a week.
Inclusion Coordinator- Supervises inclusion specialist. Reviews camper health forms and reaches out to caretakers before campers arrive as needed. Supports unit staff in helping all campers be successful at camp. Takes turns being "on call" to respond to camper behavior situations as they arise. Starts May 22. Salary starts at $475 a week.
Inclusion Specialist- Works with campers with special needs. Supports counselors in making sure all campers can have a successful time at camp. Starts May 28. Salary starts at $425 a week.
Youth Leadership Manager- Plans and supervises Junior Counselor and Counselor in Training Programs. Starts May 22. Salary starts at $525 a week. Position Filled.

Health, Logistics, and Support

Business and Logistics Director- Responsible for coordinating between camp and council on finance, logistics, and human resources. Oversees engagement with camper parents and families. Supervises media & office specialist. Starts May 22. Salary starts at $555 a week.
Media Specialist- Takes and uploads photos of campers to post on parent facebook page. Assist in the office with administrative tasks as needed. Starts May 28. Salary starts at $425 a week.
Office Specialist- Responsible for assisting in the office with administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, assist with tracking receipts, confirming camper transportation, help with camp shopping, and more. Starts May 28. Salary starts at $425 a week
Health Center Manager- Oversees camp health center. Responsible for camper medication administration and provides treatment for camper/staff injuries or illnesses. RN, EMT, or 3rd year nursing/pre-med student preferred. Starts May 22. Salary starts at $685 a week (higher salary is available for RNs). Can start later if needed. Position Filled.
Health Center Assistant- Assists the Health Center Director with camper medication administration and provides treatment for camper/staff injuries or illnesses. EMT, Nursing, or Pre-med student experience preferred. Starts May 28. Salary starts at $555 a week.
Kitchen Assistant- Assists the Kitchen Manager and Cooks with preparing meals. Does basic food prep, monitors salad bar, washes dishes, and helps keep the kitchen clean. Starts June 4. Salary starts at $370 a week.
Facilities Assistant- Assist the caretakers with keeping camp clean and doing basic maintenance. May assist with delivering items to units or picking up trash from units. Starts June 4. Salary starts at $370 a week.
Camp Driver Specialist- Drives various camp trips and errands. Schedule would be different then the typical staff as they will work Tuesday to Saturday. Work on Friday and Saturday would involve driving staff trips. A good driving record is needed, but they don't need a commercial driver's license. The biggest things they will be driving are 15 passenger vans. They will have opportunities to participate in the off camp activities they are driving campers to, such as canoeing and caving, but are not required to. Starts June 4. Salary starts at $425 a week.
