What is mental health? 

If you are wondering what exactly is mental health? This is part of the website for you! 

Mental health is your emotional health, which can impact your daily life in many ways! This can include feelings like anxiety and sadness.

Understanding what mental health is, is SUPER important because it can help you notice when you or a friend/family member might need some extra support. 

The fact is that, we ALL deal with mental health at some point in our lives. Mental health is nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed about. 




What is the purpose of this website? 

The purpose of this website is to share the knowledge of coping skills to others as well as to normalize mental health.


I learned about coping skills in therapy at 13 years old. I was extremely lucky to have had this opportunity to go to therapy. 


Not everyone has the resources to go to therapy. Because of that, I want to share what I learned in therapy to help others. 


I also want to show others that they are not alone. I hope this community will help bring people together.
