1 ball Berroco “Sizzle Bright” #1688

US #10 circular needles 16"

US #10 double-pointed needles

Tapestry needle

3 sts per inch in stockinette stitch.

To save time, check gauge.

Cast on 60 stitches with Sizzle Bright. Join the round being careful not to twist.

Knit 10 rounds.

Change to Iceland and knit each round for 7”. Place a marker.

Begin decreases, switching to double-pointed needles when necessary:

* Knit 8 stitches, knit 2 together, repeat from * to end of round – 54 stitches

Knit one round.

* Knit 7 stitches, knit 2 together, repeat from * to end of round – 48 stitches.

Knit one round.

* Knit 6 stitches, knit 2 together, repeat from * to end of round – 42 stitches.

Knit one round.

* Knit 5 stitches, knit 2 together, repeat from * to end of round – 36 stitches.

Knit one round.

* Knit 4 stitches, knit 2 together, repeat from * to end of round – 30 stitches.

Knit one round.

* Knit 3 stitches, knit 2 together, repeat from * to end of round – 24 stitches.

Knit one round.

* Knit 2 stitches, knit 2 together, repeat from * to end of round – 18 stitches.

Knit one round.

* Knit 2 together, repeat from * to end of round – 9 stitches.

Continue to knit 2 together until 3 stitches remain.

Use double-pointed needles and work i-cord for 4”. Cut yarn, draw tail through the i-cord and secure.

Add Sizzle Bright pompom or tassel to the end of the i-cord.
