Specific validity periods for clinical clearance documents (e.g., Vulnerable Sector Screening issued within a specified timeframe).
Additional occupational health documentation.
Site-specific orientation, training, or mandatory education.
Mask fit testing for a specific respirator model.
Proof of immunizations or documentation beyond Seneca's minimum requirements.
Other onboarding requirements identified by the placement agency.
Students will be notified of any placement-specific requirements once their placement has been confirmed. It is the student's responsibility to complete all required documentation and onboarding activities by the deadlines established by the placement agency.
Please note that Seneca Nanji Foundation School of Nursing cannot waive, modify, or override requirements established by placement agencies. Failure to meet agency-specific requirements may result in a delay, reassignment, or inability to participate in the clinical placement.
