The Clinical Preparedness process takes time, especially for new students. We strongly recommend starting 4 to 5 months before the deadline to allow enough time to complete all requirements and address any unexpected delays.
As a student, you are responsible for:
Attending the mandatory Clinical Preparedness session.
Carefully reviewing all Clinical Preparedness requirements.
Planning ahead to ensure all requirements are completed before the deadline.
Uploading your completed Clinical Preparedness Permit (CPP) Form and all required supporting documents.
Booking your clearance review appointment well in advance of the deadline.
If you do not meet the mandatory Clinical Preparedness deadline, you will not be eligible to participate in your clinical placement. You will be required to meet with your Clinical Coordinator to discuss the next steps.
