Vegami Gıda is an R&D-driven start-up established to develop innovative food products with a focus on sustainable plant-based ingredients. Vegami is supported under TÜBİTAK 1812 – BİGG Program and is an initiative in which TÜBİTAK is a stakeholder.

We aim to create healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly solutions by leveraging the scientific approaches offered by food technology. On this journey—where academia, R&D, and entrepreneurship come together—we strive to transform ideas that sprout in the laboratory into real-world applications.
