2000 coordinators (from all sectors, ages, and districts) answered a questionnaire about the role as a coordinator, and these are the main findings. A coordinator is responsible for:
building and implementing a work plan
delineating the perception of learning
leading a team of teachers who specialise in their subject matter
The Pedagogical Secretariat recognises the important role of coordinators as pedagogical change agents in the field of education.
