Hanta Educational Services Ltd (HESL) is part of the Hanta Consortium, with offices in Dublin, the UK, and the UAE, and a global network spanning employers and organisations.
For over 13 years, we have sesigned, managed and delivered transformative projects at local, national, European and international levels.
Our focus is to empower young people, students and teachers through tailored educational programmes, work placements opportunities, community initiatives and learner-centered teacher training courses.
We organise:
Local projects: we partner with schools and youth centres to deliver non-formal education workshops for young people on employability, transferrable skills and social issues.
Internships: we have secured national funding and partnered with job centres and companies to deliver employment and internship programmes for 250+ young people classified as NEET in a variety of sectors (including hospitality, healthcare, media, and more)
International projects: As an experienced Erasmus+ KA1 & KA2 coordinator and partner, we address critical societal challenges, including youth unemployment, AI, media literacy, social entrepreneurship, cultural heritage, migrants & refugees, and women’s empowerment across Europe.
Teacher Training: We create and deliver high‑quality professional development for teachers and youth workers, including language and innovative teaching methodologies, digital‑pedagogy courses, ethical AI use for reducing teacher's workload and increase student engagements, as well as specialised modules on supporting learners with complex needs.
Additionaly, we also provide full project development services, including project design, resource development (formal/non‑formal training modules, educational resources, digital platforms, web and mobile application design, graphic and video production), ongoing monitoring and final evaluation.
Our holistic, 360° approach ensures comprehensive support for every participant from arrival to departure, including practical arrangements (accommodation, travel logistics). We also arrange, organise and facilitate group activities such as meetings, traininig courses, learning international activities and events.

St. Kevin College is one of the schools we collaborate with and they took part in the project as associated partners, sending both teachers and students to project mobilities.
Their mission is to foster learning and to guide and nurture all our students in a caring environment. We aim to fulfil this mission in a spirit of collaboration and partnership with all members of our school and the local community.
St Kevin’s Community College provides a full range of subjects at Junior and Leaving Certificate levels for the young people of Quarryvale, Balgaddy and the surrounding area.
St Kevin’s Community College has been to the forefront of developing and implementing new programmes in response to local needs. Currently ,the Junior Certificate Schools Programme (JCSP), Transition Year Programme (TY), Leaving Certificate Applied Programme (LCA), and Leaving Certificate Established (traditional Leaving Certificate) are available to second level students enrolled at the College.
The school has 470 students and it is a diverse school with over 20 different nationalities for example Latvia , Romania , Tunisia , Jordan , The Ukraine , Vietnam and Philippines .
St. Kevin`s is located in Clondalkin which is a suburb of Dublin City. They also have a therapy dog called Walt.
