Welcome to Pro Media. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pro Media mobile and desktop applications, website (if any), and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Pro Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pro Media is a local-first media processing application that allows users to edit, convert, compress, and publish media files directly on their device. Processing occurs locally on your device and does not require uploading your files to external servers.
Pro Media supports video, audio, image, and subtitle processing, including but not limited to conversion, compression, batch processing, editing, and enhancement tools.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Pro Media. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or legal guardian permission.
The free version of Pro Media may:
Display advertisements
Limit access to certain features
Restrict processing speed, batch size, export options, or formats
Feature availability may change at any time.
Pro Media offers a paid Pro version that:
Removes advertisements
Unlocks advanced and professional features
Enables higher limits, faster processing, or additional export options
Exact Pro features are described within the App and may evolve over time.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized platforms.
Pricing, billing period (monthly, yearly, or lifetime), and available plans are shown before purchase.
If you purchase a subscription:
It automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges will be applied to your store account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled solely by the platform provider (Apple or Google) and are subject to their refund policies.
You retain full ownership of all media files you process using Pro Media.
Pro Media processes files locally on your device
We do not upload, store, or access your media files on our servers
You are solely responsible for backing up your data
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have legal rights to all content you process
Your use of Pro Media does not violate copyright, privacy, or any applicable laws
You agree not to use Pro Media to:
Violate copyright or intellectual property laws
Process illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or copy-protection systems
Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App outside permitted use
All trademarks, logos, software, UI, and branding related to Pro Media are owned by Brainify or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its components.
We reserve the right to:
Add, modify, limit, or remove features at any time
Change pricing or Pro feature availability
Discontinue parts of the App with or without notice
We are not liable for changes that affect prior expectations of functionality.
Pro Media is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Output files will meet specific quality or compatibility requirements
Processing will not result in data loss or corruption
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Brainify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
This includes data loss, corrupted files, lost profits, or device issues
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Pro Media in the last 12 months (or zero for free users)
We may suspend or terminate access to Pro Media if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.
Termination does not entitle you to refunds unless required by law.
Your use of Pro Media is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled, including advertising and analytics where applicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Brainify operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pro Media after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
